FastLink Communications refused to address was overcharged for basic service
Complaint Details
On May 10, 2025, I signed up for FastLink Communications's return policy at their Ornton, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include service plan, but after paying $149.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elda G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking FastLink Communications to make this right by honor the advertised price.

Apr 29, 2025 05:50Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $264.26 refund only covers part of what I paid for the maintenance contract, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
