I'm writing to complain about the premium plan I received from FastLink Communications. After paying $317.85 for item, I found that it encountered rude staff. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Shania D., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $467.97 refund only covers part of what I paid for the maintenance contract, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
