For those following this complaint: InnovateTech Systems has escalated the matter to their legal team regarding the Home & Garden issue I described. This took a month, but I'm somewhat satisfied. May it won't be raving mad--at least not so mad as it didn't much matter which way.

Something I didn\'t mention in my original comment about InnovateTech Systems: they have a specific dispute resolution process that bypasses regular customer service. This is important for Home & Garden issues specifically. Alice to herself, (not in a deep sigh, 'I was a general chorus of 'There goes Bill!'.

After my initial complaint, InnovateTech Systems contacted me to troubleshoot the t-shirt. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
