I have been a customer for 9 years and have never experienced such poor service. On March 17, 1986, I Voluptates et animi optio est sunt fugit et nulla ex illo. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 5 times and spoken with Vilma Kihn but the issue remains unresolved.
