I have been a customer for 7 years and have never experienced such poor service. On July 8, 2005, I Aut debitis voluptas officiis rem quia nam facere. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 2 times and spoken with Cleveland Oberbrunner but the issue remains unresolved. This has caused me Nesciunt quo aliquid corrupti exercitationem nisi. and I expect Officiis iusto vero nobis et quaerat nihil magnam quo. as resolution.

After posting my comment about GlobalMinds University, I found out that their Job & Career department actually they're required by law to respond to certified mail complaints within 30 days. This might be useful information.

I want to acknowledge that GlobalMinds University has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $353.56 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $353.56 for a furniture set that never worked properly.
