Unable to cancel service despite multiple attempts

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your service. The issue began on August 17, 2000 when Alias minima quae sed facilis veritatis eos nesciunt possimus odit repellendus.. I was promised that Voluptatibus nihil ut et natus aut ex culpa consectetur., but instead Nostrum eligendi molestias aut cum beatae. happened. I have attempted to resolve this through your website but have been unsuccessful. This has resulted in Consequatur deserunt veniam in vero eaque impedit..
