I have been a customer for 8 years and have never experienced such poor service. I have contacted customer service 6 times and spoken with Dr. Marina Schumm Jr. but the issue remains unresolved. I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Spectrum Wireless has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their maintenance contract.
