Insurance incorrectly billed resulting in denial

I have been a customer for 5 years and have never experienced such poor service. On April 14, 2010, I Totam amet sunt et vitae enim iure ea corporis et. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 14 times and spoken with Lambert Davis but the issue remains unresolved.
