I purchased a vacuum cleaner from Solicitor Partners, Partners Palermo on May 14, 2025 for $371.40 (Order #65-384503). The device stopped working after just three days of normal use. I contacted customer support multiple times but received no helpful response. When I finally got through to a representative named Mary Johnson, they claimed that physical damage was not covered under warranty, even though I had done nothing to damage the device. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, not user damage. I've requested either a replacement or a refund, but Solicitor Partners, Partners Palermo refuses to honor their own warranty policy. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable for a technology company of their size and reputation.
