Poor customer service experience with Bright Campus of Training

On September 16, 2014, I signed up for Bright Campus of Training's maintenance program at their Baileychester, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $304.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mckenzie H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
