Refund refused by Bright Campus of Training

On August 24, 2001, I signed up for Bright Campus of Training's customer support at their East Kayleigh, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $872.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emerald U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
