False promises made by AI-Sys Holdings representative

On June 15, 1991, I signed up for AI-Sys Holdings's premium plan at their Xzavierstad, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $825.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cathy O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
