Poor customer service experience with Defense Chambers, Chambers Inc.

I purchased a unit from Defense Chambers, Chambers Inc. on October 24, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Pietro I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
