I am writing regarding order #ORD-4634-DVB-7855 placed with Properties Bros Delhi on October 4, 2015. I paid $544.94 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Meta R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
