I am writing regarding order #ORD-2863-CCX-8945 placed with Premier Homes & Sons on June 1, 1985. I paid $556.42 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tristin Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
