Poor customer service experience with Contractors Bros Holdings

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2896-VQJ-6227 placed with Contractors Bros Holdings on October 20, 2018. I paid $359.31 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dillon C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
