Billing dispute with Royal Living Regina Inc.

On February 3, 1978, I signed up for Royal Living Regina Inc.'s maintenance program at their Gutkowskibury, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $342.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lamont Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
