On November 12, 2002, I signed up for Quality Community's training session at their Beiertown, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $999.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Aurore M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
