I am writing regarding order #ORD-1750-RJS-6737 placed with The Pure Delight on September 24, 1989. I paid $138.41 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Oceane K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
