Unsatisfactory resolution from Intellect Skills of Academy

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9982-KES-5137 placed with Intellect Skills of Academy on September 25, 1995. I paid $31.92 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Linnea M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
