Unresolved issue with Urban Realty Alliance Holdings product

On December 18, 1982, I signed up for Urban Realty Alliance Holdings's installation service at their Lake Kamilleside, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $168.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Owen C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
