I purchased a system from Net Labs Holdings on November 4, 2008. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jeffry I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
