Dynamic Properties & Sons Corp. refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8008-AVZ-5732 placed with Dynamic Properties & Sons Corp. on May 21, 1977. I paid $211.63 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cooper S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
