I purchased a gadget from Elite Design Group Kitakyushu on December 18, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Mike I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
