I want to report a serious concern with Dynamic Properties & Sons Corp.'s package that I purchased on June 21, 1980 from your Jaunitamouth, Washington store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Nella Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
