Quality issues with Representation, Representation & Associates product

On February 17, 1998, I signed up for Representation, Representation & Associates's customer support at their Stiedemannside, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $753.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Yasmine E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
