Properties Services Enterprises failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2854-PJC-1033 placed with Properties Services Enterprises on March 16, 1991. I paid $865.4 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nicolette H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
