Frustrated with Feast Creations Ltd.'s lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1794-WFL-8268 placed with Feast Creations Ltd. on June 11, 1986. I paid $999.7 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kenya T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
