Misleading advertising by Integrated Network Enterprises

On September 22, 1972, I signed up for Integrated Network Enterprises's warranty service at their Lindgrenland, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $745.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tatyana H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
