I am writing regarding order #ORD-2206-AVQ-9778 placed with The Modern Practice Services on August 6, 2017. I paid $973.48 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dayana C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
