Prestige Abode Belfast refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4042-WZP-6670 placed with Prestige Abode Belfast on December 20, 1972. I paid $551.42 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rowland V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
