I am writing regarding order #ORD-1633-XVW-1545 placed with Digital App on February 12, 1984. I paid $271.62 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Wade K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
