Refund refused by Advisory Counsel of Integrity Ltd.

On May 26, 2024, I signed up for Advisory Counsel of Integrity Ltd.'s setup assistance at their Veldafurt, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $577.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bruce K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
