On February 15, 1987, I signed up for Advisory Counsel of Integrity Ltd.'s exchange program at their Serenityview, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $614.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Turner R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
