Overcharged by Counsel Firm of Diligent for service

On December 9, 1994, I signed up for Counsel Firm of Diligent's setup assistance at their Raeton, Texas location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $965.51, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tate M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
