The Knowledge School Holdings refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3287-XQJ-1774 placed with The Knowledge School Holdings on January 12, 1986. I paid $221.91 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kamryn N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
