Overcharged by DataCore Technologies LLC for service

On October 17, 1982, I signed up for DataCore Technologies LLC's return process at their Romagueramouth, New York location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $363.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shawna T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
