Delayed delivery from Defense & Chambers Yokohama LLC

On July 15, 2013, I signed up for Defense & Chambers Yokohama LLC's support package at their Lake Oren, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $872.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Santiago A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
