Warranty claim denied by Prime Space

I purchased a plan from Prime Space on March 1, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Junius S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
