Unresolved issue with Pro Architecture Group product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4928-EKA-2693 placed with Pro Architecture Group on November 12, 2004. I paid $512.38 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kelli T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
