I purchased a item from Fare Creations Corp. on August 31, 1983. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Loyal C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
