Fare Creations Corp. refused to address issue

On June 29, 1996, I signed up for Fare Creations Corp.'s return process at their Letitiamouth, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $456.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Chauncey M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
