I am writing regarding order #ORD-4402-END-6136 placed with Fare Creations Corp. on September 27, 2015. I paid $501.27 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Garry N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
