I purchased a service from LogicEdge Ltd. on July 19, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Neva V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
