I have been a loyal customer of Artisan Meals Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-3751-IJS-7261) on February 17, 1987, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
