I purchased a software from Wisdom Training School on May 17, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Mabel G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
