I purchased a system from Wisdom Training School on March 10, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Donavon Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
