Innovative Engineering Nîmes provided defective product

On February 12, 2025, I signed up for Innovative Engineering Nîmes's warranty service at their Port Assuntaport, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $510.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Randal R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
