I purchased a device from Net-Edge Kyoto Inc. on February 12, 1999. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Frida S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
