I purchased a accessory from Net-Edge Kyoto Inc. on March 31, 1978. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Leda E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
